- State your order number in the subject.
- Sent an e-mail with the email address of the delivery address stated in the order.
- State the complaint + defect.
- Send a photo of the entire tree + for trees with LED lighting, the connection in the socket.
- We will process your mail within 2 working days.
- When answering our e-mails, we request that you respond within 2 working days.
- If you do not respond within a reasonable period (4 days), we will assume that the problem has been resolved and we will close the case and your e-mail will be considered not sent.
